I’ve never had the need to blog a bad review but this case warrants it for two reasons: poor quality and slow customer service!
I purchased the jacket pictured above (raw shot – not edited) from Foxes at Uber on April 30 and have yet to receive the fixed item. As you see, the back side of the jacket is missing the denim texture where the fringes are located. Honestly, it looks like shit so basically I gave away lindens for a poor product.
I had to send a notecard 3x to get a response from their customer service team who politely told me, they are waiting for the creators to get back. I know we are all fairly busy in RL but to take almost 10 days to fix a simple problem is unacceptable in SL and RL.
Lesson learned: I will NEVER purchase another item from this brand again.
